Not bad. 80%er. Good pace, really only fully recovered prior to AMRAP sets. Wanted to do treadmill hill sprints but hams were done after curls.

Paul Carter’s take on 5/3/1 (i.e., 3/5/1, w/back-off “down the ladder”).  Supersets for everything.  Had a hard time washing my hair in the shower afterwords, probably first time that’s happened since 1993.  Kind of cool and annoying at the same time.
